Job Title: Social Media Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile Social Media Marketer Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the visual voice of our firm. You’ll be responsible for capturing our projects in progress, managing our digital community, and designing the high-stakes presentations and proposals that win us new contracts and supply deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Social Media Management (Construction Focus):
- Visit job sites to capture high-quality photo/video content of projects, equipment, and our team in action.
- Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn (B2B networking), Instagram/Facebook (Brand awareness), and Google Business Profile (Local SEO).
- Highlight our supply inventory and partnership successes to attract contractors and developers.
- Presentation & Proposal Design:
- Transform technical project data, blueprints, and supply quotes into visually compelling Pitch Decks and Bid Proposals.
- Create internal safety briefings and stakeholder update presentations.
- Standardize company templates to ensure a consistent, premium brand image across all documents.
- Strategy & Analytics:




- Analyze social engagement to see which projects resonate most with our audience.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Project Management teams to ensure marketing efforts align with our current supply chain and project pipeline.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 2+ years in digital marketing, preferably within construction, real estate, or industrial supply.
- Design Tools: Mastery of PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop/Premiere) or mobile editing apps (CapCut) is highly preferred.
- Communication: Solid copywriting skills—able to write professional LinkedIn thought-leadership posts and technical proposal summaries.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple project timelines simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
