Location: Mumbai, Wadala (in-office)

Working days: 6 days a week(5 days WFO, 1 day flexible)

Type: Full-time

Compensation: Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 45,000 per month

Earthen Story is an Indian organic food brand. We are looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media Manager to work directly with our founder and build two brands in parallel: Earthen Story, and the founder's own profile.

Primarily video-first (Instagram, YouTube Shorts), but equally at home on text (LinkedIn, X). If you think in reels, shoot and edit your own content, and love running bold ideas end to end, read on.

What you will do

- Own our presence across video and text platforms.
- Create reels, carousels, images, and posts, from scripting to shoot to final edit.
- Bring out-of-the-box ideas and actually run them.
- Grow reach and engagement through creative content, partnerships, and active interaction with your audience.
- Build the founder's personal brand alongside the company brand.

Who you are

- Genuinely creative and not afraid to experiment.
- Hands-on across shooting, editing, design, scripting, and posting.
- Fluent with editing, design, analytics, and AI content tools.




- Strong communicator who is positive at engaging people online.
- Willing to own execution end to end.
