Role Description The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across the company’s social media channels to build brand awareness and engagement. Day-to-day activities include managing social media calendars, drafting and editing posts, coordinating visual assets with design teams, and monitoring online conversations. The role involves tracking performance metrics, optimizing campaigns for reach and engagement, and aligning social media initiatives with broader marketing and content strategies.

Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure messaging is consistent and aligned with business objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) for managing and growing online presence.

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content.

Candidates should possess experience in Content Strategy to plan and structure social media campaigns and long-term content initiatives.

Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube) and their analytics tools.

Ability to interpret social media metrics and adjust strategies based on performance data.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Experience in real estate or related industries is an advantage but not required.

Preferred educational background in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
