Role Description The Social Media Manager is a part-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to strengthen Duch Clothing’s brand and engage the target audience. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, writing captions and short-form copy, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, and monitoring comments and messages.

The Social Media

Manager will analyze performance metrics, suggest improvements to campaigns, and collaborate with the in-store team to highlight new collections,



promotions, and events. The role also involves staying updated on fashion and social media trends to ensure the brand remains relevant and appealing.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing skills, including platform management and campaign execution.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences and collaborate with in-store and marketing teams.

Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan, organize, and align social content with brand goals.

Candidates should possess Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to improve visibility, reach, and engagement across platforms.
