We're looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Manager to build our digital presence and establish CyTech Consulting as a trusted cybersecurity brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute social media content strategies.
- Manage and grow the company's Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, Carousel Posts, motion graphics, and promotional videos.
- Develop AI-generated videos and marketing assets using modern AI tools.
- Research cybersecurity, AI, privacy, compliance, and emerging technology trends.
- Create educational content on cybersecurity awareness, AI security, DPDP Act, ISO 27001, VAPT, GRC, and cyber threats.
- Design high-quality graphics, infographics, and branded creatives.
- Write engaging captions, CTAs, and optimized hashtags.
- Collaborate with technical teams to simplify complex cybersecurity concepts into audience-friendly content.
- Monitor analytics, optimize content performance, and stay updated with social media trends and Instagram algorithms.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of social media marketing, especially Instagram.
- Experience creating Reels, short-form videos, carousel posts,



and promotional content.
- Video editing using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, or After Effects.
- Experience with AI content tools such as Runway, Kling AI, Pika, Google Veo, HeyGen, Synthesia, or similar platforms.
- Graphic design using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, creativity, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity, AI, or technology is an advantage.

Who Can Apply

- Freshers and candidates with up to 1+ year of experience.
- Students or graduates in Marketing, Digital Media, Mass Communication, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Candidates with a portfolio of social media work, reels, graphics, or videos are highly preferred.
