About the Role

We're looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager who can manage multiple brand accounts, create engaging content strategies, and drive audience growth across social media platforms. If you're passionate about content, trends, and building impactful brand presence, we'd love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Plan monthly content calendars and execute content strategies
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and content for posts, reels, and campaigns
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and the marketing team for content execution
- Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and manage community interactions
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and viral content ideas
- Plan Reels, short-form videos, and assist with creative scripting
- Analyze social media performance and prepare monthly performance reports
- Stay updated with platform updates, algorithms, and emerging trends

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook,



LinkedIn, and other social platforms
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, and other content creation tools
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
- Creative mindset with robust attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple brands and meet deadlines

Bonus (Good to Have)
- Experience managing social media for multiple brands or agencies
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools
- Basic understanding of performance marketing and Meta Ads
- Familiarity with content strategy, influencer collaborations, and brand building
