PPO: Based on Performance Role Description The Social Media Management Intern will support RupeeDot’s online presence by assisting in planning, creating, and publishing content across key social media platforms. This internship role is on-site and based in Pune City, working closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include: Visual & Video Content Creation: Designing engaging graphics/carousels on Canva and planning, shooting, and editing short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, and video clips) for social platforms.

Scripting & Copywriting: Writing engaging, creative scripts for video content and crafting catchy, brand-aligned captions for daily posts.

AI-Powered Workflows: Leveraging Gen AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT,



Midjourney, Canva AI) to streamline research, ideation, script drafts, and boost content publishing frequency.

Operations & Community Management: Scheduling posts, monitoring comments/messages, optimizing content for each platform, and tracking basic performance metrics.

Strategy & Engagement: Contributing fresh content ideas, implementing strategies aligned with fintech and lending trends, and driving community interaction.

Qualifications Location: Must be living in or near Viman Nagar, Pune (Onsite required).

Design & Editing Tools: Hands-on proficiency with Canva for designing creatives.

Copywriting & Scriptwriting: Copywriting skills to write clear, compelling captions and the ability to draft structured scripts for short-form videos.

Content Creation & Video Production: Genuine interest in shooting videos, appearing on camera, or creating trending Reels/Shorts.

AI Tool Curiosity: High enthusiasm and curiosity to learn and apply Gen AI tools to optimize content creation speed and output frequency.

Social Media Skills: Solid understanding of Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Optimization (SMO) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Fintech Interest: Keen interest in fintech, personal finance, or lending; eagerness to learn industry concepts and translate them into simple content.

Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, Business, Mass Media, or a related field.
