In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing the personal brands of founders, entrepreneurs, coaches, and industry leaders. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute end-to-end personal branding strategies.
Manage and grow LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook profiles.
Create monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals.
Write compelling LinkedIn posts, captions, scripts, and thought leadership content.
Collaborate with designers and video editors to produce high-quality content.
Plan and coordinate content shoots with founders and clients.
Monitor social media performance and optimize strategies using analytics.
Stay updated with the latest platform trends, algorithm updates, and content formats.
Build meaningful audience engagement and organic follower growth.
Manage multiple client accounts while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing.
Must have prior experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency.
Proven experience managing Personal Branding accounts.
Robust understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram growth strategies.
Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and content planning skills.
Experience using social media management and analytics tools.
Strong communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Qualifications
Understanding of content marketing, branding, and audience psychology.
Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT and other productivity platforms.
