Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite Role Description The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing RupeeDot’s digital presence across social media platforms by planning, creating, publishing, and optimizing engaging content. The role involves working closely with the marketing team to execute content strategies, increase brand awareness, improve audience engagement, and drive business growth through impactful storytelling and data-driven social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Video Production Create engaging graphics, carousels, and social media creatives using Canva and other design tools.

Plan, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, etc.).

Ensure all content aligns with RupeeDot’s brand identity and marketing goals. Copywriting & Scriptwriting Write compelling captions, hooks, and call-to-actions for social media posts.

Develop creative scripts for educational,



promotional, and trend-based video content.

Simplify finance and lending concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand content. AI-Powered Content Workflow Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Midjourney, and other Gen AI platforms to accelerate ideation, research, scripting, and content production.

Stay updated with emerging AI tools that improve creative efficiency and content quality.

Social Media Management

Manage daily posting schedules across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions while maintaining timely engagement.

Track content performance and prepare basic insights reports to improve future campaigns. Strategy & Growth Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and viral content formats.

Generate cutting-edge campaign ideas aligned with fintech, personal finance, and lending topics.

Collaborate with the marketing team to improve reach, engagement, follower growth, and lead generation.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing) in Marketing, Business, Communications, Mass Media, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube content strategies.

Proficiency in Canva and basic video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, or similar).

Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and scriptwriting skills.

Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Midjourney, or similar platforms.

Good understanding of social media algorithms, trends, hashtags, and content optimization techniques.

Interest in fintech, digital marketing, and personal finance.

Strong creativity, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple content projects simultaneously .
