We are seeking a results-driven Social Media Expert specializing in Meta (Facebook ,Linkedin & Instagram) paid advertising. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-performing ad campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook,LinkedIn & Instagram)
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with business goals (leads, sales, engagement)
- Conduct audience research, targeting, and segmentation
- Set up and manage Meta Ads Manager, including pixel tracking and conversion events
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions)
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages
- Collaborate with design and content teams for ad creatives
- Manage ad budgets effectively and ensure maximum ROI
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Stay updated with latest Meta advertising trends, policies, and algorithm changes
- Develop and execute organic social media strategies to increase brand visibility
- Manage and optimize company profiles on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
- Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and captions
- Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing goals




- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- Robust understanding of Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Pixel setup
- Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
- Experience in campaign optimization and performance analysis
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of organic social media growth techniques
- Excellent content writing and communication skills
- Knowledge of social media algorithms and trends
- Excellent communication and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
2. Proven experience managing social media accounts organically
3. Portfolio or examples of successful organic growth campaigns
