Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Kolkata.

The Social Media

Manager will plan, create, and publish content across key social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement. Daily tasks include developing and executing social media strategies, managing posting calendars, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns through Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques. The role involves collaborating with designers, copywriters, and account managers, responding to audience interactions,



and staying current with platform trends and best practices to support clients’ marketing goals.

Qualifications

Solid skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing brand profiles across major platforms.

Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy aligned with broader marketing objectives.

Excellent Communication and Writing skills for creating clear, engaging, and brand-appropriate social content.

Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic knowledge of digital marketing metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).

Relevant experience in agency or brand-side social media management;

experience in creative or digital marketing environments is an advantage.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Comfort working on-site in a collaborative, quick-paced team setting in Kolkata.
