Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business, or a related field

Experience: 2 - 3 Years in social media marketing (EdTech/education industry preferred)

Language: Excellent written and spoken English for content creation and copywriting.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars and platform-specific strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, X, and Threads - identifying trends and content opportunities relevant to commerce and finance education to grow brand awareness, engagement, and leads.
- Write compelling captions, hooks, and CTAs for all platforms, and coordinate with content writers, designers, and video editors to publish high-quality, on-brand content on schedule.
- Manage day-to-day community engagement across comments, DMs, and audience queries, building engagement through polls, quizzes, stories, and live sessions,



and escalating student inquiries to the admissions team when required.
- Plan and execute campaigns for course launches, admissions, results announcements, faculty branding, student success stories, webinars, scholarships, and workshops, in collaboration with the performance marketing team.
- Track KPIs including reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, website clicks, video views, and leads, and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with video editors on reels, shorts, YouTube videos, faculty clips, and student testimonials, and with designers on carousels, banners, thumbnails, and other creatives, ensuring timely delivery.
- Track industry trends, competitor campaigns, and platform algorithm updates, act quickly on viral content opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally with SEO, content, admissions, design, video, and faculty teams.

Right Fit:

- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X, and Threads, with excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Comfortable with social media analytics tools, Meta Business Suite , and Canva; exposure to Zoho Social or similar project-management/scheduling platforms is a plus.
- Strong, organised planner with a creative, detail-oriented mindset.
