We're looking for someone who is passionate about social media, understands trends, and can coordinate content from idea to publishing.

Key Responsibilities ---

1)Social Media Management

Manage Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube accounts.

Schedule and publish content as per the content calendar.

Ensure all content is posted on time.

2)Content Planning

Research trending topics, audio, memes, and content formats.

Brainstorm recent content ideas for founder videos, customer stories, and campaigns.

Assist in scripting and planning content.

3)Shoot Coordination

Coordinate with the videographer, video editor, and founder during shoots.

Ensure required shots, B-roll, and content are captured.

Coordinate customer testimonial and influencer shoots.

Maintain a smooth content production workflow.

4)Content Review

Review edited videos before publishing.

Ensure captions, thumbnails, titles, and branding are accurate.





Coordinate revisions with the video editor when required.

5)Influencer Management

Coordinate with influencers before, during, and after shoots.

Track deliverables and ensure timely content posting.

Maintain influencer database and communication.

6)Analytics & Reporting

Track content performance across platforms.

Prepare weekly reports on views, engagement, followers, and reach.

Identify high-performing content and suggest improvements.

Skills Required

1. 1-3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing.
2. Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
3. Strong communication and coordination skills.
4. Good copywriting skills for captions and content.
5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
6. Passion for content, trends, and social media.
