Role Description The Social Media Designer is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This position is responsible for creating visually compelling content for social media platforms, including static graphics, carousels, and simple animations that align with brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating with marketing and content teams to develop campaign visuals, adapting designs for different platforms, and maintaining cohesive brand identity across channels.

Day-to-day tasks include designing posts, stories, and ads, preparing assets for publishing, and iterating on designs based on performance insights and stakeholder feedback.

Designer is expected to manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and stay current with design and social media trends.

Qualifications Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating social media–ready visual content.

Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to support consistent visual identity across platforms.

Knowledge of Typography and layout principles to produce clear, readable, and engaging designs.

Experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar).

Ability to interpret briefs, follow brand guidelines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Relevant education or training in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is preferred.

Familiarity with major social media platforms and basic understanding of digital marketing concepts is beneficial.
