Job Title: Social Media & Marketing Executive (All-in-One)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly creative and execution-driven Social Media & Marketing Executive who can independently manage and grow the digital presence of our hospitality brands, including café, bar, restaurant, banquet, and hotel.

This is not a delegation role, we need someone who can think, create, design, shoot, edit, and execute end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Execution

- Plan and execute daily content for Instagram & Facebook
- Shoot and edit reels, photos, and videos (on phone or camera)
- Create engaging, aesthetic, and trend-driven content
- Write captions that drive engagement and conversions

2. Graphic Design

- Design posts, stories, menus, event creatives, and promotional material
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all brands
- Work on Canva / Photoshop (or similar tools)

3. Strategy & Growth

- Build monthly content calendars for café, bar, restaurant, banquet, and hotel
- Identify trends, viral formats, and implement them quickly
- Increase followers, engagement, and footfall through content





4. Brand & Campaign Management

- Plan and execute campaigns for events, offers, and exhibitions
- Cover live events, shoots, and special occasions
- Collaborate with influencers and handle basic outreach

5. On-Ground Presence

- Be physically present at the property for shoots and content creation
- Capture real-time moments (guests, food, ambiance, events)

Requirements

- 1–3 years experience in social media/marketing (hospitality preferred)
- Strong skills in reels editing + graphic design
- Knows how to spot trends and act fast
- Comfortable being hands-on (shooting, editing, posting)
- Has an eye for aesthetics, luxury, and lifestyle branding
- Self-driven — can work without constant supervision

Bonus Points If

- You’ve handled a café, hotel, or lifestyle brand page before
- You understand Instagram growth beyond hashtags
- You’re good with storytelling & viral hooks

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹8,341.27 - ₹15,000.00 per month
