We're looking for a creative, trend-obsessed Social Media & Content Manager to shape the digital voice of Isharya and Indinoor.

From crafting scroll-stopping content and planning social-first shoots to writing compelling copy and building brand stories, you'll own the content journey across platforms.

- Lead the social media strategy for Isharya & Indinoor across Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Plan, create and publish engaging, platform-first content.
- Stay ahead of trends, platform updates and cultural moments to keep our brands relevant.

- Build monthly content calendars aligned with launches and campaigns.
- Conceptualize and manage social media shoots—from mood boards to execution.
- Collaborate with creative, influencer and marketing teams to maintain a strong content pipeline.

- Write engaging captions, campaign copy, blogs and website content.
- Create high-performing copy for Meta, Google and other digital channels.




- Maintain a consistent brand voice across every touchpoint.

- Own content planning, publishing and optimization for LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Build founder and brand storytelling through impactful content.
- Repurpose campaigns and creator content across channels to maximize reach.

- Track content performance and optimize using data and insights.
- Partner with Brand, PR, Performance Marketing and E-commerce teams on integrated campaigns.
- Continuously bring fresh ideas, new formats and trend-led content that drives growth.

- 3–5 years of experience in social media, content marketing or digital marketing.
- Robust copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Experience managing Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- A sharp eye for aesthetics, trends and visual storytelling.
- Experience planning and executing content shoots.
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance marketing. ??????? ???????? ?????????? ?? ?????????.
