Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator role based in Bhubaneswar.

The Social Media Content

Creator will plan, produce, and publish engaging content across social media platforms aligned with client brand guidelines and growth objectives. Daily responsibilities include brainstorming concepts, scripting and creating short-form videos and graphics, writing captions and copy, scheduling posts, and monitoring audience engagement. The role involves collaborating closely with designers, marketers, and strategy teams to support campaigns, promotions, and brand storytelling.

The Social Media Content

Creator will also track content performance, suggest optimizations, and stay updated on platform trends, best practices,



and emerging formats. Qualifications

Ability to create compelling social media content, including short-form videos, graphics, and copy, tailored to platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Experience using social media management and content planning tools for scheduling, basic analytics review, and campaign coordination.

Strong writing skills for concise, brand-aligned captions, posts, and scripts, with attention to tone, clarity, and audience engagement.

Basic design and editing skills using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar for visual content creation and refinement.

Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including audience targeting, content funnels, and brand positioning on social platforms.

Ability to analyze key social media metrics and translate insights into content improvements and experiments.

Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with design, marketing, and client-facing teams.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple content calendars and deadlines in a quick-paced environment.

Comfortable working on-site in Bhubaneswar and engaging with local businesses and brands.

Relevant education or training in marketing, communications, media, design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; portfolio or examples of prior social media work are highly beneficial.
