Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator role based in New Delhi.
The Social Media Content
Creator will plan, produce, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and others to highlight India’s artistic and cultural traditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching cultural themes, developing content calendars, scripting and creating posts, short videos, and stories, and coordinating with designers, videographers, and curators. The role involves monitoring social media performance, responding to community interactions, and adjusting content strategies based on analytics and feedback.

Creator will also support live event coverage,
collaborate on campaigns, and ensure that all content aligns with Inkpot India’s mission and brand voice.
Qualifications
Strong skills in social media content creation, including copywriting, basic graphic design, and short-form video production.
Experience managing social media channels, developing content calendars, and using social media management tools and analytics.
Knowledge of Indian arts, culture, and heritage, with the ability to translate complex cultural topics into accessible digital content.
Ability to conduct research, organize information, and develop clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with creative, cultural, and events teams.
Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Comfort with on-site work in Recent Delhi, including occasional evening or weekend coverage for events.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media Studies, Cultural Studies, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with basic photography, video editing tools, and content optimization for different platforms is beneficial.
Prior work in arts, culture, heritage, or nonprofit sectors is an advantage.
