We're hiring a SoC Architect who thinks at the micro level but architects at the macro level. Someone who understands that every gate-level decision has a system-level consequence — and who is ready to own that responsibility end to end. This IS a high-impact, hands-on architecture role for an Engineer (5–10 years) who is ready to step up, speak up, and shape silicon before it exists. ? You already think at the right level. Now architect at scale. ?️ WHAT YOU'LL OWN ✦ Define high-level architectural frameworks and system-level specifications for next-gen SoCs ✦ Develop system partitioning strategies and interface specifications across HW/SW boundaries ✦ Translate market and product requirements into real, implementable architectural solutions ✦ Drive PPA (Power, Performance, Area) trade-off analyses that shape design decisions ✦ Build system-level models and simulations using Python, MATLAB, and estimation tools ✦ Collaborate with designers, system engineers, and cross-functional R&D; teams ✦ Evaluate market requirements for cost, power, security, and functional safety implications ✦ Define IP and SoC feature sets — closing competitive gaps and capturing opportunities ✦ Make sound architectural judgments under ambiguity with early or partial data ✦ Drive "what-if" architectural thinking to stress-test assumptions before they get locked ✅ WHAT YOU BRING Must Have: 5–10 years in SoC/system architecture, microarchitecture, or digital design
Deep knowledge of ARM Cortex processor architectures (Cortex-M / Cortex-A)
Strong understanding of SoC architecture & subsystem integration
Solid foundation in digital design principles and HW/SW interface design
Sharp problem-solving skills for complex system-level challenges Great to Have: Hands-on microarchitecture experience — pipelines, bus fabrics, memory subsystems, performance modeling
Proven track record of converting requirements into architectural specs
Experience with Cortex-M ecosystem and embedded system design
Comfort with modeling tools — Python, MATLAB, simulators, spreadsheets
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across design, verification, SW, and product teams
Ability to adapt fast in an evolving, high-velocity workplace
