Overview

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our IT team and play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and expertise in delivering scalable, high-quality workflows that enhance business efficiency

Scope In this role, you will be involved in working on automation tasks related to ServiceNow. The role may involve developing web and scripting-based automation solutions as well as CI/CD pipelines.

Primary Responsibilities

- Design and Development:
- Develop and configure custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
- Design, develop, and implement solutions leveraging ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps.
- Customization and Scripting:
- Write and implement client scripts, business rules, UI policies, and other ServiceNow customization elements.
- Leverage APIs and integration tools to connect ServiceNow with external systems.
- Platform Administration:
- Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and support for the ServiceNow platform.
- Manage access controls, roles, and permissions to maintain platform security and integrity.
- Collaboration:
- Work with business analysts, stakeholders, and process owners to gather requirements and ensure solutions align with business needs.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement end-to-end workflows and integrations.
- Testing and Troubleshooting:
- Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting to ensure solutions meet functional and technical requirements.
- Resolve platform issues and optimize performance.
- Documentation and Training:
- Create and maintain technical documentation for customizations, configurations, and workflows.
- Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams as needed.
- What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on implementing and customizing the platform.
- Solid knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or SecOps.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and AngularJS.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, or other APIs.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
- Preferred
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist).
- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, or Service Mapping.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
