* Operate and monitor SMT machines (Printer, Pick & Place, and Reflow Oven) to achieve production targets.
- Perform machine setup, feeder loading, program changeovers, and first-off inspections.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and carry out basic preventive maintenance.
- Inspect PCB assemblies for quality and ensure compliance with production standards.
- Follow ESD, safety, and 5S practices while maintaining accurate production records.
