Role : Sr. Manager/ Manager - Product Engineering (Technology)

Role Summary :

Lead the organization's technology strategy, enterprise architecture, and engineering governance across the product portfolio. Act as the highest technical authority for solution architecture, AI adoption, platform scalability, performance optimization, and technology decisions. Drive engineering excellence by establishing architecture standards, governance frameworks, and contemporary technology practices while mentoring technical leaders and enabling business growth through innovation.

This aligns with the current role's emphasis on enterprise architecture authority, technical solution leadership, AI innovation, performance optimization, and technical mentorship.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and own the enterprise technology architecture and long-term technical roadmap.
- Establish architecture governance, engineering standards, and technology best practices across all products.
- Lead technical solution design and architecture reviews for strategic customer implementations and product initiatives.
- Drive AI adoption by defining architecture for Conversational AI, Voice Bots, Email Automation, and Generative AI-based enterprise solutions.
- Provide technical leadership for cloud-native architecture, microservices, APIs, integration frameworks, and enterprise platform modernization.
- Own platform scalability, high availability, security, resilience,



and performance engineering initiatives.
- Act as the highest technical escalation point for critical production issues, conducting architecture reviews, RCA, and defining permanent technology improvements.
- Lead technology innovation by evaluating emerging AI, cloud, and automation technologies and incorporating them into the product roadmap.
- Govern technical quality through architecture reviews, security compliance, coding standards, and engineering governance processes.
- Mentor Solution Architects, Engineering Managers, and Technical Leads to build a high-performing engineering organization.
- Partner with Product Management, Delivery, Sales, and Customer Success teams to provide technical direction for strategic customer engagements.
- Drive engineering transformation through continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence.
