Reports to: Project Engineer / Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- To assist the engineers in the delivery of the project by supervising on-site activities during site establishment, mobilization, RCC, finishing, and other civil/structural works, services and equipment installation, testing and commissioning, demobilization, and handover.
Candidate profile:
- Minimum 3+ years of work experience in high-rise real estate projects, with thorough working knowledge of scaffolding, centering, formwork, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, finishes, and services such as plumbing and firefighting.
- Flair for finishes.
- Good at communicating with workmen and effective reporting.
- Able to maintain site safety, hygiene, proper material storage, orderliness, and valuable housekeeping.
