Role Description The Site Supervisor — Interiors is a full-time, hybrid role based in Mumbai, with a mix of on-site supervision and limited work-from-home coordination. This role oversees day-to-day site execution for interior projects, including monitoring progress, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal design teams.

The Site

Supervisor is responsible for reading and interpreting drawings, supervising installation work, managing materials and labour, and ensuring adherence to timelines, safety protocols, and project specifications. The role involves regular site inspections,



documenting work status, resolving in office issues, and communicating updates to project managers and clients.

Supervisor also supports snagging, handover activities, and helps maintain a high standard of craftsmanship and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of interior site execution, including understanding of drawings, detailing, finishes, and installation standards.

Experience in supervising contractors, managing labour, and coordinating with vendors and procurement teams.

Ability to monitor project schedules, track progress, and support basic site-level planning to meet deadlines.

Familiarity with quality control, safety procedures, and compliance with relevant building and interior fit-out norms.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with design teams, clients, and on-site stakeholders.

Basic proficiency in using digital tools (email, spreadsheets, project tracking apps) for reporting and documentation.

Prior experience in interior fit-out or construction supervision, preferably in retail, hospitality, or residential projects.

Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.

Ability to work primarily on-site in Mumbai with flexibility for occasional work-from-home coordination.

Strong problem-solving attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality, experience-driven interiors.
