? We're Hiring: Site Project Manager (GIS & Drone Survey Operations)

Are you someone who can seamlessly manage clients, field survey operations, GIS workflows, and project execution—all while ensuring high-quality deliverables and on-time project completion?

We're looking for a Site Project Manager to lead drone-based surveying and geospatial projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive successful project execution from planning to delivery.

Location: Multiple Project Sites Across India

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

✅ Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients and internal teams

✅ Plan, coordinate, and monitor site activities to ensure timely project execution

✅ Manage client communication, project updates, escalations, and stakeholder expectations

✅ Lead drone survey operations, baseline surveys, stockyard mapping, and stockpile boundary creation

✅ Supervise DGPS/GNSS surveys, Ground Control Point (GCP) establishment, and coordinate system management

✅ Ensure survey quality, spatial accuracy, and compliance with project standards

✅ Process and validate geospatial outputs including:

- Orthomosaic
- DEM/DTM
- Point Clouds
- Stockpile Boundaries

✅ Perform volumetric analysis,



stockpile calculations, change detection, and movement analysis

✅ Conduct QA/QC of geospatial deliverables, RMSE validation, and volume reconciliation

✅ Generate survey reports, maps, GIS deliverables, and project documentation

✅ Coordinate drone pilots, survey teams, and technical resources to ensure operational efficiency

✅ Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive actions
