:

The Site O&M; Engineer / Lead will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and maintenance activities at the solar power plant to ensure maximum plant availability, optimal performance, and strict compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end site-level O&M; activities for solar power plants, including preventive and breakdown maintenance.

- Monitor plant performance, generation data, and losses; identify gaps and drive corrective actions.

- Coordinate with central monitoring teams to ensure high plant availability and PR (Performance Ratio).

- Supervise site technicians, vendors, and subcontractors for O&M; activities.

- Ensure timely execution of scheduled maintenance, module cleaning, inverter servicing, and equipment inspections.

- Handle fault diagnosis, root cause analysis,



and restoration of plant operations within defined TATs.

- Maintain site documentation, including logbooks, maintenance records, SOPs, and statutory registers.

- Ensure compliance with HSE guidelines, electrical safety standards, and company policies.

- Support audits, inspections, and coordination with OEMs, EPCs, and external stakeholders.

- Assist in spares planning, inventory control, and vendor coordination at the site level.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable Energy Engineering.

- 3–8 years of hands-on experience in site-level O&M; of solar power plants.
