Job Overview

Baseline is looking for a Site Execution Engineer – Mechanical with 3–5 years of experience in industrial projects. The role involves supervising and executing mechanical works at project sites, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute day-to-day mechanical construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor installation and erection of piping, equipment, structural steel, tanks, utilities, and associated mechanical systems.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Review mechanical drawings, GA drawings, P&IDs;, isometrics, and technical specifications before execution.
- Ensure all mechanical works are executed as per approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
- Plan and monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for smooth project execution.
- Resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with the design and planning teams.
- Verify work measurements and support contractor billing activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, and final project handover activities.





Qualification & Experience

- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in mechanical site execution.
- Experience in industrial projects will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of piping systems, equipment erection, structural steel, fabrication, and utility installation.
- Ability to read and interpret GA drawings, P&IDs;, isometric drawings, equipment layouts, and technical specifications.
- Basic knowledge of project planning and scheduling using MS Project or Primavera P6 will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, construction safety practices, and statutory requirements.
- Experience in contractor management and multidisciplinary site coordination.
- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
