This is a full-time, on-site Site Engineer role based in Bengaluru.

The Site

Engineer will oversee day-to-day site activities, including monitoring construction progress, coordinating with contractors and design teams, and ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities include managing site resources, enforcing safety standards, conducting regular quality checks, and addressing technical issues that arise during execution. The role also involves reporting on project status, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely completion of milestones in line with project timelines. Qualifications

Strong on-site supervision and field coordination skills, with the ability to manage daily construction activities.

Effective communication skills for collaborating with design teams, contractors, vendors, and clients.

Experience in quality control, including inspection of materials, workmanship, and adherence to standards.

Knowledge of structural engineering principles and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.





Background as a civil engineer or in a related engineering discipline, with hands-on site experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; relevant certifications in construction or project management are an advantage.

Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and local construction practices in Bengaluru.

Proficiency in basic project documentation, MS Office, and site reporting tools;

experience with CAD software is a plus. Key Responsiblites

Manage residential interior projects from site handover to final client sign-off

Monitor daily site activities and ensure timely project execution

Coordinate carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, false ceiling teams, and vendors

Ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications

Conduct regular quality inspections and resolve on-site issues

Take accurate site measurements and assist with BOQs and material estimation

Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage

Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and coordinate with designers

Maintain site discipline, safety, cleanliness, and housekeeping What we're Looking For:

2–3 years of experience in residential interior execution

Strong knowledge of carpentry, modular & custom furniture, false ceiling, civil, painting, electrical, and plumbing works

Proficiency in reading AutoCAD drawings

Experience in managing multiple vendors and site teams

Knowledge of BOQ preparation and material estimation

Solid communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
