We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer/Supervisor to manage day-to-day on-site construction activities for our road project in Alappuzha. The ideal candidate will oversee site operations, ensure the road project is completed on time, and strictly maintain quality and safety standards throughout the execution phase.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily road construction activities at the project site.

- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, highway specifications, and quality standards.

- Manage and process RFIs (Request for Information/Inspection) effectively with consultants and clients.

- Coordinate with contractors, machinery operators, vendors, and project teams.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of the road stretch.

- Maintain site quality and ensure compliance with safety standards during earthworks, sub-base, and bituminous work.

- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.





- Inspect road construction materials and completed work to ensure quality.

- Verify work measurements and quantities for billing purposes.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- Proven on-site supervision experience specifically in road/highway construction projects.

Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of road construction methods and site execution.

- Familiarity with RFI (Request for Information/Inspection) preparation and procedures (Highly Preferred).

- Ability to read and interpret road engineering drawings and cross-sections.

- Valuable communication, labor management, and coordination skills.

- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
