Take end-to-end ownership of interior projects from planning to handover. Delegate effectively, keep every project on time, run phase-wise reviews, and hold the big-picture view across scope, budget, timeline and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage interior projects from kick-off through to final handover.
Delegate work clearly across site teams, vendors and support functions.
¢ Drive timely delivery set milestones and hold the team accountable to them.
¢ Conduct phase-wise review meetings to track progress and unblock issues.
¢ Own execution approvals and manage snag rectification through to closure.
¢ Resolve problems decisively and take full accountability for project outcomes.
¢ Coordinate with clients, designers, production and procurement teams.
¢ Maintain a comprehensive, overall perspective on cost, schedule and quality.

Qualifications
¢ Graduate in Civil Engineering, Interior Design or Project Management.
