Employment Type: Full time Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervise and inspect construction activities to ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and safety standards
Manage day-to-day site operations, including subcontractor coordination, material tracking, and work allocation
Monitor progress and quality control, proactively addressing any site issues or delays
Collaborate with project managers and design teams to align execution with overall project goals
Maintain accurate documentation of work progress, resource usage, and site reports
Support structural and erection-related tasks,
contributing to timely and high-quality project delivery Key Qualifications 5 years of proven experience in structural, interior, and infrastructure project execution
Strong understanding of construction methods, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance
Ability to interpret drawings, manage subcontractors, and oversee on-ground operations
Skilled in planning, resource estimation, and timeline management
Effective communication skills to coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal teams
Proficiency in MS Excel for basic reporting and data analysis
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering
