The organization has worked with leading global cloud computing companies and delivers energy-effective cooling strategies that eliminate hotspots while reducing overall electrical energy consumption.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Site Engineer role based in Mumbai.

The Site

Engineer will oversee installation and implementation of thermal management and airflow solutions at client data centers, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. Daily activities include supervising on-site teams, coordinating with project managers and clients, reviewing technical drawings,



and verifying that installations align with structural and civil engineering requirements. The role involves conducting site inspections, documenting findings, supporting cooling audits, and assisting with troubleshooting and performance optimization of installed systems.

The Site

Engineer will also maintain clear communication with stakeholders, prepare progress reports, and help drive continuous improvement in on-site processes.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong on-site execution skills, including experience managing field activities and coordinating installation work.

Candidates should possess effective communication skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams and to produce clear technical documentation.

Candidates should possess quality control skills to inspect installations, ensure compliance with specifications, and maintain safety and performance standards.

Candidates should possess structural engineering and civil engineering knowledge relevant to data center infrastructure and building services.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and technical specifications.

Knowledge of data center environments, HVAC or thermal management systems is an advantage.
