Project Execution

- Execute HVAC installation works as per approved drawings and project specifications.

- Supervise ducting, piping, insulation, equipment installation, and testing activities.

- Ensure work is completed according to project schedules.

Site Supervision

- Monitor day-to-day site activities and workforce productivity.

- Supervise technicians, helpers, and subcontractors.

- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.

Technical Coordination

- Interpret HVAC drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.

- Coordinate with the Design, Procurement, QA/QC, and Planning teams.

- Resolve technical issues encountered during execution.

MEP Coordination

- Coordinate with Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Civil, and Architectural teams to avoid clashes and ensure smooth execution.

Quality Control

- Ensure installations comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.

- Conduct inspections and rectify deficiencies before consultant inspections.

Material Management

- Verify received materials against approved specifications.

- Raise material requisitions and monitor material consumption.





- Prevent material wastage and report shortages.

Progress Monitoring

- Track daily work progress against project schedules.

- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), weekly updates, and work completion reports.

- Report delays and recommend corrective actions.

Client & Consultant Coordination

- Attend site meetings with clients and consultants.

- Support inspections and obtain necessary approvals.

- Respond to technical queries promptly.

Testing & Commissioning

- Assist in testing and commissioning of HVAC systems.

- Coordinate inspections and ensure all systems perform as designed.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and site safety regulations.

- Enforce the use of PPE and maintain secure working practices.

- Report unsafe conditions and incidents immediately.

Documentation

- Maintain site records, inspection reports, material records, and as-built information.

- Ensure all project documentation is accurate and updated.
