We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Site Civil Engineer to oversee on-site civil engineering activities, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in civil engineering design, construction planning, and site execution, along with excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.

- Oversee civil engineering design implementation and ensure adherence to project specifications.

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor construction schedules to ensure timely project completion.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders for smooth project execution.

- Monitor construction progress, identify issues, and implement effective solutions.

- Oversee stormwater management systems and related civil infrastructure works.

- Conduct site inspections, prepare progress reports,



and maintain project documentation.

- Ensure optimal utilization of resources while maintaining project quality and budget.

Key Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

- Experience in Civil Engineering Design and robust knowledge of core civil engineering principles.

- Proven experience in the planning and execution of construction projects.

- Knowledge of Stormwater Management techniques and associated infrastructure.

- Strong understanding of construction methods, quality standards, and safety regulations.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.

- Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.

- Proficiency in engineering and project management tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar software is an added advantage.
