Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and allocate work to teams.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure safety compliance and conduct toolbox talks.
- Monitor work progress and resolve site issues.
- Coordinate with customers for work permits and shutdowns.
- Maintain attendance, daily reports, and project documentation.
- Manage tools and equipment inventory and reconciliation.
- Report accidents, site issues, and project progress to management.
- Collect customer feedback and support project closeout.
