Job Location: Tamilnadu, Kerala, Karnataka and Telangana (Based on project location) End-to-end management and execution of interior / civil / MEP projects

Drawing up work schedules for projects and adhering to the same in consultation with clients and sub-contractors

Completing the projects as per schedule and positive quality

Supervise and monitor subcontractor and site teams

Working with contractors, procurement team to organise men and materials Preparing final measurements and other documents Required Candidate profile

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in engineering, interiors, or similar Experience of 3-10 years in managing projects or facilities

Sound knowledge of Interiors, Civil and / or MEP

Good written and verbal communication skills.

A willingness to learn.
