Role Description The Site Civil Engineer will oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites in Ernakulam, ensuring work is executed according to approved designs, standards, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities include supervising site teams, coordinating with contractors and consultants, monitoring progress, and resolving technical issues that arise during construction. The role involves preparing and reviewing drawings, checking measurements and quantities, supporting planning and scheduling, and maintaining accurate site documentation and reports.

Engineer will also assist in quality control, material inspection, and adherence to budget and timelines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ernakulam.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to interpret and apply structural and infrastructure drawings and specifications.

Experience working as Civil Engineers on building or infrastructure projects, with hands-on exposure to site supervision and execution.

Competence in Planning for site activities, resource allocation, and project scheduling to meet milestones and deadlines.

Knowledge of Stormwater Management principles and related drainage design, including practical application on construction sites.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

Familiarity with construction codes, safety standards, and relevant regulations.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.

Proficient in basic engineering software and MS Office; exposure to CAD tools is an advantage.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.

Willingness to work on-site in Ernakulam and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.
