Role Description The Site Civil Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for overseeing civil works at project sites, including execution of foundation, structural, and external development works in line with approved drawings and specifications.

The Site Civil

Engineer coordinates with project managers, contractors, and vendors, monitors daily progress, verifies materials and workmanship, and ensures compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include reviewing civil designs, supporting planning and scheduling, preparing site reports, resolving technical issues on site, and assisting in inspections and approvals from relevant authorities.



The role also involves collaborating closely with design and interior teams to integrate civil works seamlessly with architectural and interior plans.

Qualifications

- Core civil engineering expertise, including Civil Engineering and Civil Engineers background with a strong understanding of construction practices and codes.
- Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design for site layouts, structural elements, and infrastructure components.
- Experience in Planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of site activities.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related drainage design, ensuring compliant and efficient site infrastructure.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Hands-on experience in site supervision for building or infrastructure projects, preferably in urban environments.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and specifications, and to work with CAD and basic project management tools.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills, with a commitment to safety and quality.
- Willingness to work full time at project sites in Bengaluru and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
