About the role: As a Single Window Operator, you will be responsible for handling all customer transactions at the branch efficiently and accurately. You will serve as the primary interface for customers, ensuring a smooth experience while maintaining compliance with banking policies and regulatory guidelines.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and cheque processing Handle account openings, closures, and KYC updates Provide accurate information on products, services, and branch procedures Maintain proper records and update banking systems for all transactions Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and operational standards Assist customers with queries and resolve issues in a timely manner Collaborate with other branch teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 1–3 years of experience in banking operations or customer service roles Knowledge of branch operations, banking products, and regulatory guidelines Strong numerical ability, accuracy, and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a customer-first approach Familiarity with banking software, CRM tools, and MS Office LIFE AT SLICE: Life so good, you’d think we’re kidding:
