We are hiring for a Siebel Administrator with strong experience in Siebel IP17+ environments, handling installation, configuration, migration, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain Siebel CRM (IP17 and above)

- Perform Siebel upgrades, migrations, and patching activities

- Manage Siebel components including Gateway, Enterprise Server, and Application Interface

- Execute deployment activities like SRF compilation, DDL Sync, Export/Import

- Monitor application health, troubleshoot issues, and perform performance tuning

- Work on Siebel Server Manager (srvrmgr) for component management

- Handle production support, incident resolution, and RCA

- Support high availability environments with load balancing and clustering

Required Skills

- 46 years of experience in Siebel Administration

- Hands-on experience in Siebel IP17+

- Experience in migration / upgrade projects

- Strong knowledge of Siebel Server, Gateway, and deployment activities

- Experience working on Linux / Windows environments

- Good troubleshooting and log analysis skills

Valuable to Have

- OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure)

- Experience with BI Publisher integration
