Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Showroom Manager, based in Mansarover.

The Showroom

Manager oversees day-to-day showroom operations, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors and customers.

Responsibilities include supervising sales and customer service teams, monitoring sales targets, coordinating test drives and vehicle deliveries, and ensuring adherence to brand and showroom standards. The role also involves managing inventory display, collaborating with workshop and back-office teams, handling customer escalations, and maintaining accurate sales and reporting documentation.

Manager is expected to drive team performance through coaching, regular reviews, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience in showroom, retail, or dealership management with robust team leadership and people management skills.

Customer service and relationship management skills, including the ability to handle queries, resolve issues, and create positive in-showroom experiences.

Sales and business development capabilities, including target tracking, pipeline management, and basic understanding of automotive sales processes.

Operational and organizational skills for managing daily showroom activities, coordinating with workshops, and maintaining documentation and reports.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, team members, and external stakeholders.

Working knowledge of basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools) and comfort with digital sales and service platforms.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or a related field; relevant experience in the automotive or retail sector is preferred.

Ability to work flexible hours as per showroom requirements and maintain a professional, customer-focused attitude.
