We are looking for a responsible and proactive Shift Manager to oversee the daily operations of the petrol pump during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth forecourt operations, lead the shift team, maintain safety and service standards, manage cash and inventory, and achieve daily sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete shift operations and forecourt activities.

- Ensure compliance with HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) standards.

- Lead, supervise, and support staff during the assigned shift.

- Achieve daily sales targets for fuel, lubricants, coolant, and Deli2Go products.

- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.

- Monitor cash, card, and digital payment transactions and ensure accurate reconciliation.

- Ensure proper shift handover with complete operational and cash records.

- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and fuel deliveries.

- Maintain cleanliness, housekeeping, and overall site standards.





- Conduct staff briefings and ensure adherence to company SOPs.

- Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance issues promptly.

- Promote customer engagement and loyalty programme enrolments.

- Prepare daily operational reports and communicate any issues to management.

Requirements

- Graduate or Diploma holder (preferred).

- 1–3 years of experience in retail operations, petrol pumps, hospitality, or customer service.

- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and cash handling experience.

- Ability to work in rotational shifts.

- Customer-focused with positive problem-solving abilities.
