- Hands on experience in Operation and Maintenance of Wartsila HFO DG set 6R32LN engine is an added advantage.
- Coordinate operation activities during the shift to ensure the plant is operated according to the customer needs.
- Plan and coordinate the operation Maintenance activities at the plant and /or assigned team during the shift.
- Required good communication skill
- In depth knowledge in Synchronizing of DG sets with Grid.
- To carry out the routine and schedule maintenance and troubleshooting of Alfa Laval separators.
- To carry out the routine and schedule maintenance of Air compressors (Single and Multistage)
- To carry out the schedule maintenance of Various pumps (Centrifugal, Reciprocating etc.,)
- To carry out the routine and schedule maintenance of PHE
- Experience in Detailed Planning of long-term Annual Operation and Maintenance Plans and Spare Parts.
- Troubleshooting, Problem solving and Analytical skills.
- Knowledge Implementation of HIRAC and adherence to LOTO systems.
- A safety-first mind-set.




- Open mind to analyze critical technical issues and take steps to resolve the same.
- Maintain all operation maintenance records according to the Plant management procedures Guidelines. Assist the superior as required.
- To be able to carry on trouble shooting of Mechanical equipments installed in the power plant independently and also along with field service engineers as well as customer.
- Maintaining of required inventory for smooth operation of DGs Auxiliary Equipments.
- Knowledge about Emergency Preparedness and Response to Emergencies.

Education Experience requirements:

- Diploma or BE Mechanical
- Minimum 6 years of HFO/Gas based power plant experience is must.
- Experience in operating engine and its auxiliaries
