Seeking a Salesforce Development Specialist with Experience in Salesforce to design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions

:

- Design and develop custom Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components LWC to enhance user experience and meet business requirements
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Salesforce solutions Ensure high quality code by following best practices in development testing and deployment
- Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce applications to improve performance and scalability
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce platform features and industry trends to continuously improve development processes Integrate
- Salesforce solutions with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs where applicable
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to documentation of technical designs and processes

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce Lightning Web Components LWC within the Salesforce ecosystem




- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Develop scalable maintainable and reusable components adhering to Salesforce development standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations
- Mentor and coach junior developers on Salesforce development best practices and LWC framework
- Manage deployment activities and ensure smooth transition of code through various environments
- Work closely with architects and product owners to ensure alignment of solutions with overall enterprise architecture
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning standups and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of features
