We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer & Administrator with 7-8 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess solid expertise in the ServiceNow platform, with in-depth knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM), Discovery, Integration, and Service Catalog development. Proficiency in JavaScript and custom scripting is essential.

The role involves configuring, maintaining, and enhancing the ServiceNow platform, implementing ITSM workflows,



and managing modules like Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management. You will also configure Discovery for CMDB updates and develop seamless integrations with third-party tools using APIs, REST, and SOAP.

The candidate will develop and customize Service Catalog items, forms, workflows, and approval processes to meet business needs.

Advanced

JavaScript skills are required to create business rules, client scripts, and UI policies while automating workflows to improve efficiency. Strong problem-solving skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and creating user documentation and stakeholder training are crucial.

Preferred skills include knowledge of ITOM, HRSD, or CSM modules, Flow Designer, and Agile practices. ServiceNow certifications like Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist are a plus. A bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related fields is required.
