- Design, implement, and maintain scalable solutions across Compliance & Risk domains.
- Perform hands-on ServiceNow IRM configuration, including workflows, scripting, UI policies, ACLs, integrations, and CMDB management.
- Develop and integrate APIs using JavaScript and RESTful services.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, build, test, and deployment.
Collaboration & Mentorship
- Work closely with Engineers, Architects, and Product Owners in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior team members.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Recommend improvements to existing ServiceNow solutions and optimize performance.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, including ML/Generative AI, to enhance ServiceNow capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM.
- 8+ years of overall development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, RESTful APIs, XML, AngularJS.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
- Experience with GCP, Agile/Secure frameworks.
- Exposure to ML/Generative AI (desirable).
