:

- Hands on experience in ITSM and integration, ITOM.
- Knowledge on ITOM design & implementation.
- Able to recommend or change changes in existing codes using business rules / client script/ UI policies/ schedule jobs.
- Knowledge on ServiceNow upgrades and its maintenance of the instance.
- Scripting skills: JavaScript & positive to have or understanding of PowerShell & bash.
- Knowledge on working with mid servers (Windows & Linux) for discovery issues and for integrations.
- Certifications: ITSM & CAD; good to have ITOM.

Responsibilities includes but not limited to :

- Integration Design: Defines goals and determines the need for integrations based on business outcomes.
- Implementation: Uses various technologies (REST, SOAP, JDBC, etc.) to connect ServiceNow with external systems.
- Maintenance: Ensures integrations are maintained and updated as needed to support ongoing business processes.




- Perform the day-to-day development or operational works and guide the team on development phase in case of any issues.
- Need to give updates to Client manager for the ongoing and upcoming works or any roadblocks in status call.
- Need to discuss with multiple stakeholders on infra process improvement by levering the ServiceNow functions and recommend new functionality scope with the ServiceNow.
- Point of contact for all infra domain leads and for their concerns.
- Perform the instance sanity checks regularly to ensure existing integration or functions were up and running fine.
- Perform the clone or upgrade or patches of the instance and its maintenance.
- Need to present to the client manager on QAP and PPT presentation on past works happened and upcoming roadmap for the team.
- Perform the regular checks on the ITOM licenses within threshold.
