Good understanding of entitlement processes, licensing models, case triage, and support flows.
Ability to analyse dashboards, reports, and entitlement data for decision-making.
Knowledge of routing rules, assignment logic, and workflow transitions.
Experience with ServiceNow Agent AI / Virtual Agent (functional).
Familiarity with business rules, decision trees, Flow Designer, and case routing logic.
Ability to work with technical teams to automate rules—no coding required but strong functional understanding expected.
