Experience: 8-10 years

Required Skills: ServiceNow ITAM (HAM & SAM Pro), CMDB & CSDM, ServiceNow Discovery, Flow Designer & IntegrationHub, JavaScript / GlideScript, REST / SOAP APIs, SCCM / MECM & Microsoft Intune, ITIL-based Asset & Configuration Management Key Responsibilities: Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) applications.

Implement and support Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).

Configure CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping as required.

Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Flow Designer flows, and Workflows.





Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.

Create custom reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance

Follow ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards.
