We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with robust expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and eBonding integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions; implementing enterprise-grade integrations with external ITSM platforms; and ensuring reliable synchronisation of IT service management processes across systems.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, configure, and customise ServiceNow applications across ITSM and ITOM modules.
- Develop and maintain eBonding integrations between ServiceNow and external ITSM platforms such as BMC Remedy, Jira, Ivanti, Cherwell, and other ServiceNow instances.
- Build secure, scalable, and bidirectional integrations for incident, change, problem, request, CMDB, and asset data synchronisation.
- Configure and customise ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalogue, Knowledge Management, and CMDB.
- Implement and support ITOM capabilities, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB Health.
- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer Flows, Workflows, and Catalogue Items.
- Build REST/SOAP integrations using IntegrationHub, Scripted REST APIs, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and MID Servers.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, integration failures, and synchronisation problems.




- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and production support.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices, governance, and security standards.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong experience with ITSM and ITOM modules.
- Hands-on experience implementing eBonding solutions between ServiceNow and third-party ITSM tools.
- Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
- Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalogue, and Service Portal/Workspace.
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP web services, JSON, XML, OAuth, and API integrations.
- Good understanding of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and MID Server.
- Experience with update sets, source control, and agile development methodology.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Event Management, Orchestration, and Automation.
- Knowledge of CSDM and CMDB governance.
- Experience with ATF (Automated Test Framework).
- ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, or CIS-ITOM certifications.
- Exposure to Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms is an added advantage.
